I have buffed and filed my nails as well as paint my nails with a base coat. Now before I start I will explain how I am going to do this so I didn't think it would be fair to paint one hand with one nail polish and the other with the other nail polish because I am right handed so I generally get more wear and tear on them so going alphabetical with brands I will start on my left hand with my pinkie with Essie then next nail will be Sally Hansen, then Essie, then Sally Hansen. You get where I am coming from. Left hand pinkie is Essie, right hand pinkie is Sally Hansen, left hand thumb is Essie, right hand thumb is Sally Hansen.
Layer #1 is pretty sheer but still nice.
Top coat I put on is Barry M Plumpy Topcoat. I honestly love how my nails are looking, left hand is neater (I am right handed).
DAY #2: My nail broke, not the fault of the nail polish but it was on my left hand, it was a Sally Hansen nail.
DAY #5: More nails have chipped so the top picture is my left hand so my ring finger on my left (Sally Hansen) has chipped near the cuticles, and all completely gone on my middle finger (Essie) and index finger (Sally Hansen). Bottom photo is my right hand, index finger has completely gone (Essie), there is a slight bit left on my middle finger (Sally Hansen) and all gone on my ring finger (Essie).

I think that these are exact dupes, they last pretty much the same time and look exactly the same just one is cheaper by a £1 however I prefer the application of Essie so I will repurchase Essie Nail Lacquer in Sugar Daddy as you can see I have used quite a lot of this nail polish, I love it a lot.
Is it a dupe: Yes
