FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Rimmel Brow This Way 3-in-1 Soft Powder

Rimmel released a new brow product a while ago and I never tried it out so thought I would put it to the test.
CLAIMS:
  • Thick, bold brows don’t have to be heavy and irritating – Rimmel Brow Shake Filling Powder gives you the best of both world.
  • Fully sculpted brows that line your eyes perfectly, all whilst feeling irresistibly lightweight.
  • Filling powder lets you style your brows into the perfect shape, acting as an eyebrow pencil and an eyebrow filler all in one.
  • Uses a long-lasting and ultra-soft formula that glides on and stays on comfortably.
HOW TO:
  1. Use the silky smooth applicator to apply the ultra soft powder in strokes, filling in any gaps in the brows.
  2. Glide the applicator across the upper and lower lash lines for added definition.
TIP FROM MAKEUP ARTIST:
For fuller brows, use our Brow This Way Eyebrow Kit as a base, then brush our Brow This Way gel over the top.
Fact about me, I have never had any brow treatments like tinting, plucking, waxing or threading so they aren't the best but I like them.
What on Earth has happened to my brows? Definitely do a really REALLY thin layer on the product otherwise you have brows like this.
I have got some disposable mascara wands so brushed through my brows to tone them down but still really dark and over the top.
I applied a clear brow gel on top to lighten it even more.
Update #1 (7pm): You may recognise some of these pictures, I did a blog post about Rimmel Volume Shake Mascara. I had been to a local small music festival and came back and went for a nap so this is how the brows have lasted, bit scruffy.

I am going to do a revisit blog post on this product because I think if I practise more I may like this although it is still too dark for me and didn't really last as well as I like so maybe need to add a little more clear gel.
