Weekly Pamper Routine 2019 #Blogmas2019

I always give myself a little pamper on a Sunday, it's a time for me to rewind and treat my skin a little better, this is also when I try new face masks for my blog as well as other products. So I have wrote down my normal step by step routine however there was a few changes the week I took the photos so at the end I will do a quick run through on what did happen.

Candle
I always start off by lighting a candle and of course I using my own range of candles, so if you didn't know this but I own an online store called Maude & Noah. This candle I was burning was a trial of my candle called Fairy Dust and that is the reason why there is no label on it.
Product I used: Maude & Noah Fairy Dust Candle

Hair Mask
I have never tried this hair mask and just wait till you see the blog post for it. I will put a hair mask on and clip my hair up.
Product I used: Percy & Reed Totally TLC Hydrating Mask

Manicure & Pedicure
First of all I removed my nail polish using the Cutex nail polish remover then slipped on the Montagne Jeunesse Soften Sock Masque and Montagne Jeunesse Soften Glove Masque whilst listening to music.
Every other week I will give myself a pedicure which I use the same products maybe a different colour of nail polish but this week I didn't give myself a pedicure. I always use a cuticle oil even though I will be going for a bath soon. NOTE: before bed I will also apply the cuticle oil.
Products I used:
  • Cutex Ultra Powerful Nail Polish Remover
  • Montagne Jeunesse Soften Glove Masque
  • Montagne Jeunesse Soften Sock Masque
  • Ciaté Nail Super Hero Base Coat
  • Lola Barcelona Nail Polish in Rambla

Face Mask
So today's face was a new one, Sunday's generally are the days when I try them out.

Hair Removal
A fact about me, I can't shave.
I really breakout whenever I shave my legs, I have tried all sorts of shaving balms/creams/foams but nothing helps, my legs end up patchy, scratchy and horrible so I use Veet on my legs, underarms and also my lady area. I do this and shower it off quickly.
Product I used: Veet Hair Removal Cream with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E for Sensitive Skin

Bath
I have a different candle burning in the bath room which is a trial for January's release.
My shower is over the bath so I cleaned the bath out after removing Veet from my body and then ran a bath with my favourite bath soak.
I wash and clean my hair like normal but then use a body scrub all over my body.

Bodycare
I really do let my skin suffer so recently I have been putting moisturiser on after every bath and shower, probably helps that it's on the window ledge of the bathroom so I remember. I am writing a blog post about this product that will come out in the new year. After applying a generous amount of this product on I put either a baggy onesie on or my dressing gown.
Product I used: Bio Oil Dry Skin Gel Pot

Haircare
I brush my hair through and let it air dry, my hairdryer has gone missing so can't blow dry it but I have noticed my hair isn't as static when I leave it.
Product I used: Tangle Teezer

Skincare
I applied The Ordinary Argireline® Solution 10% on my crows feet and forehead.
I massaged The Ordinary Hyluronic Acid 2% + B5 onto my face and neck.
Applied a thick moisturiser all over, massaging it into my skin.
Smoother my lips with lip balm.

What did happen?

  • Hair Mask: I didn't apply the hair mask first because I was trialing a new one and you have to apply it after shampooing.
  • Face Mask: I did the face mask first before my manicure and pedicure, I don't know why I did that.
