Me & My Health #5 (Why I Don't Drink?)

I went round a friends house for pizza and catch up with friends and they were all drinking and a few know I don't drink but they don't know why?
I stayed round a family friend's house and they thought it was odd that I didn't drink but they don't know why?
Nobody know's why?

I do love a Tag blog post and haven't done one in a while so thought it was about time to answer some questions.

1. Are you a summer person?
Nope.

2. What is your favourite thing about the summer?
The food, I do love BBQ food such as burgers, salads etc...

3. Do you stay indoors or outdoors more in the summer?
I would love to say outdoors but I don't like being hot so stay inside but this year I am trying to be more "human" and go out.

4. What is your favourite ice cream flavour?
I am boring and love vanilla, plain vanilla bean ice cream although I did have Halo Top Chocolate Chip Cookie the other day and loved that.

This is the first Smashbox product that I have tried.

Summer Bucket List 2019

Last year I put together 5 things I would like to do in the Summer and never did it but this year I have really changed so thought I would put this on my blog and see if I do it.

1. Go horse riding
I have been horse riding before but years and years ago, now that I live in the countryside (kind of) I thought it was the perfect chance to do this.

2. Spend an afternoon or evening with friends in a beer garden or outdoor cocktail bar
This was on last years bucket list but I would really like to spend more time outside socialising.

3. Go explore a local public park
Where we (we being me and the family) have moved to there is a lot of parks and by parks I mean national parks that you walk around not the sort where there are swings and slides.

4. Take part in an exercise class
I want to try an exercise class, I want to get my Summer body ready for 2020, I know it's Summer 2019 but I want to really put some effort into it.

5. Pass my driving test
I really want to pass my driving test, it has been a difficult thing for me to achieve but fingers crossed I pass.

Me & My Health #4

This is the first Me & My Health blog post for 2019. I know some people read my blog just for the beauty reviews and first impressions but I wanted to be as real as possible with people and if this is the first Me & My Health blog post you are reading of mine then 'hello', in this blog post I explain how I am feeling, if you want to get more information about then I suggest you read the previous blog posts because some of this might not make sense. Also somebody told me that the last Me & My Health blog post made them cry because of how down I was, I am completely honest, I don't verbally talk to people how I feel and I know that is bad but I feel ashamed to say that I am struggling which is wrong BUT by me writing it down I feel slightly better.

Father's Day Treat 2019

Life is too short and I want to spend more quality time with the people I love.
I thought I would share one of the best days of my year so far.

I thought I would spend quality time with my dad but what should I do?
I decided to look at what we both love James Bond and Aston Martins, so I am currently living in Yorkshire and the rest of the family still live in Leicester so I came down for a long weekend and surprised him with Everyman Racing Aston Martins.
