REVISIT: Rimmel Volume Shake Mascara

Back in July I tried this mascara and gave it a rating of 2 out of 5, I know some of my mascaras are better once it's been opened so maybe this mascara will be better once it has been opened for a while.

Rimmel released a new brow product a while ago and I never tried it out so thought I would put it to the test.

I used to love Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara but they don't sell it anymore, I show they have a shake mascara and thought I would try it out.

If you personally know me or have read my blog post from the beginning you will know that  I am the eldest of seven and Alivia is child number five, the youngest girls so I thought I would help her with prom.

Nail Polish Collection 2018 #Blogmas2018

Fact about me, I am addicted to nail polish and had 276 nail polishes at the beginning of the year but I cleared out a lot because my current job doesn't allow me to paint my nails.

I have stored my nail polish on top of my makeup drawers and thought I would show you them now before I redo my room and have a different way to organise them. What I have done is put them in brands on this blog post so you can see what I have but at the beginning I have put the treatments, basecoats, topcoats etc together.

FOTD & OOTD: Simply Claire's Salon Christmas Fayre #Blogmas2018

I don't do many fashion blog posts and really want to get into them a little more so thought I would show you an outfit that I wore to Simply Claire's Christmas Fayre that I had a stand at for my business Maude & Noah plus also the makeup I worn in which one of the products I am actually doing first impressions on for a blog post.

I just want to say that I am not a professional makeup artist, hairdresser, nail technician or stylist, this is all self taught (kind of- explanation in a blog post coming up).

BATTLE OF THE DUPES #5: Barry M vs. Rimmel

I have quite a few nail polishes in my collection and saw these two nail polishes next to each other and thought they looked like a dupe but polishes can dry differently when applied so would put it to the test.

Before applying the nail polishes I prepped my nails with my favourite base coat; which is Ciaté Nail Super Hero.
