I didn't expect this to be a blog post writing, I was planning a first impressions blog post or a empties but on Monday I was taken to hospital so thought I would explain what happened. Just to warn you I will be speaking very honestly and people may feel like it is too graphic.
How I felt?
For 10 days I had had constipation, for 3 days I had not peed and for 2 days had been sick plus really bad stomach pains, I had tried a few medications to help me go toilet but nothing worked.
111
On Monday I went into work and just couldn't deal with the pain and constantly running in and out to throw up, I currently work in Leeds, I am going to do a blog post about my new venture soon but I currently don't have a local doctors so rang 111 and the guy told me to go within two hours to a specific health centre in Leeds. A bit TMI but on my way from work to my sister (staying at hers) before going to the medical centre I had to make a detour to the nearest public toilet because I felt like I was going to either throw up or poop myself, I had diarrhea, I felt so relieved but so embarrassed because I never go toilet in public places and if I do its for a wee. I know this is very TMI sorry. My sister came along with me to the medical centre and in I went.

Me & My Health #2
My mum tagged me in a Facebook post that she has reposted called 50 Things Only People With an Underactive Thyroid Tend to Understand by Rachel Hill so I thought why not read it and explain whether I have those symptoms or things so people can understand me more and realise why I am the way I am.
1. Always being cold: I went through a period of my life where I was wrapped up in my Leicester Tigers blanket in the middle of summer but what I generally feel is hot, I overheat all the time which causes me to panic because I feel like I may overheat and faint. Recently I couldn't get my hands on my meds, late input of prescription as well as a bank holiday and weekend I noticed that I was getting cold so when I'm not on my meds I am cold, when I am, I am hot.

Me & My Health #1
A while ago when I decided I wanted to write a blog I had been thinking about what I wanted to share, I wanted to do things that interest me so beauty, fashion and lifestyle. I want people to get to know me from my blog, to learn things from me as well as teach me new things. Now for many years I have felt very alone, down and isolated and now I feel like I am getting answers that have been keeping me trapped so thought I would share it. This blog post isn’t to make people feel sorry for me, I want to share my story which could lead to people getting advice from this post if they are in a similar situation but also people maybe able to give me advice.
