I have decided to share what I eat in a week, maybe it will shame me into eating less rubbish especially as I have started working out now so don't want to waste my calories on rubbish.
Monday 5th August 2019
Breakfast: Starbuck grande cappuccino (with the blonde blend) and Starbucks Berry Crunch (Greek-style yoghurt with crunchy granola and mixed berry compote)
Snack: Nescafé coffee with lactose milk and Highland Spring sparkling water
Lunch: RANA Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella Tortelloni
Snack: M&S Spanish Serrano Ham Crisps
Dinner: slice of M&S vegetable pizza and Caesar salad (iceberg lettuce, garlic and herb croutons, parmesan and casear sauce)
